Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Wilson is an award-winning, ICF certified executive coach, certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and experienced senior leader. She brings together of unique combination of strategic insight and grounded presence, helping leaders quiet the noise and thrive in growing complexity.

Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She has married her unique experience, qualifications and passion to create a truly transformative offering.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This experience is designed for seasoned leaders. Members don’t qualify purely by title or status. They arrive having done the inner work required to lead with depth, presence, and discernment.

    Current members include executive leaders, experienced change managers, coaches and small business owners representing a range of sectors.

    Peer Groups are thoughtfully curated to align peers with similar goals.

  • Full participation in the live experiences typically takes 3-4 hours per month. Months in which there are immersion days (February, May, October) have a time requirement of about 10 hours total.

    Members are encouraged to engage in personal reflective practices to anchor their growth. The frequency and time commitment for these is personal and highly variable.

  • Peer groups meet for 90 minutes during the fourth week of each month. Your peer group timing will be determined when your peer group is assigned during onboarding.

    Online workshops take place from 1-2:30pm EST on April 8th 2026, July 8th 2026, November 11th 2026 and January 13th 2027.

    Upcoming immersion days will take place May 8th 2026, October 2nd 2026 and February 12th 2027.

  • We offer flexible payment plans and sliding scale options based on financial need. Please contact us stating your interest in The Collective and that cost is a barrier. If space is available, we can explore a flexible arrangement.
