Rebecca Wilson is an award-winning, ICF certified executive coach, certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and experienced senior leader. She brings together of unique combination of strategic insight and grounded presence, helping leaders quiet the noise and thrive in growing complexity.

Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She has married her unique experience, qualifications and passion to create her signature approach and this truly transformative offering.

    Beyond the live sessions, the experience is light on information and places a strong emphasis on daily integration into how you’re living and leading.

    Rather than adding more things to your list, you’ll be invited to shift the way you approach the things you’re already doing.

    With that said, you will need to decide the outcomes of this experience (your clarity, presence and vitality) are a priority, and commit focused time to this journey, in order to derive the greatest benefit.

  • Yes. This experience is designed for growth-minded, purpose-driven leaders in a variety of capacities. We support Executives, Entrepreneurs and anyone leading positive change in their workplaces, communities or broader society.

  • This experience is not designed for folks looking for management how-to’s or surface-level outcomes. It’s for those who are ready to be deeply curious and invest in their long term growth.

  • Clients often describe greater clarity, steadiness under pressure, deeper self-awareness and a renewed sense of energy and confidence.

    Decisions feel cleaner. Presence feels more accessible (in work and life). Leadership begins to feel less effortful and more aligned.

  • For the group format, calls will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Precise meeting times will be determined based on availability of early registrants.

    For the 1-1 format, calls can be scheduled at your convenience, Tuesday-Thursday 10am - 3:30pm or 7pm - 8pm EST.

  • We offer flexible payment plans and sliding scale options based on financial need. Please contact us stating your interest in coaching and that cost is a barrier. If space is available, we can explore a flexible arrangement.
