Rebecca Wilson is a skillful and compassionate certified Executive Coach and Mindfulness Teacher. She thoughtfully weaves together over 15 years experience in organizational strategy & performance consulting with deep expertise in mindfulness, transformational coaching and adult development.
Rebecca founded Arborvida Conscious Leadership in 2022 to create a truly unique offering - sitting at the intersection of inner mastery and leadership effectiveness. She leverages her rare combination of expertise to support leaders as they quiet the noise, see the broader picture and continuously anchor back to what truly matters.
Her clients include senior executives in healthcare, energy, social services, government and professional services.
Before launching Arborvida, Rebecca held the roles of Senior Director at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton Consulting and Director of Strategy and Transformation at Perley Health.
