Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Wilson is an award-winning Executive Coach and Speaker, certified mindfulness teacher, and experienced senior leader. Her professional and personal growth journey led her to discover the impact of inner mastery on leadership effectiveness.

Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She is recognized for her expertise in the field of Conscious Leadership and weaves together 15 years of experience in strategic facilitation and leadership development with her qualifications as a mindfulness teacher and executive coach to create truly transformative experiences.
