Rooted & Resilient Leadership Retreat

Designed with the demands of modern leadership in mind, this semi-silent day retreat will integrate a variety of practices for quieting the noise and cultivating steadiness, wisdom and compassion in these times.
Appropriate for new and experienced meditators, you’ll practice deepening your presence as you flow between:
Guided meditations
Inspiring talks on mindful leadership
Mindful movement
Personal reflection and debrief
This event is thoughtfully designed to be done from the comfort of your home or another private space. The day will be structured but spacious, including a mix of guided practice (via Zoom) and self-directed silent reflection time. A sample agenda is provided below (subject to change).
Beyond the time spent in our Zoom room for talks and guided meditations, you'll be invited to quiet distractions (computer, music, television, phone). You’ll receive structured support as you expand your capacity for stillness and spend a day fully immersed in reflective practice.
Personalized Integration Session ($250 value): All attendees will benefit from a personalized integration session with Rebecca in the week following the retreat. During this time, you’ll be guided through a reflection of your experience, explore any questions that emerged and develop a plan to carry new insights and practices forward into your life and leadership.

Meet Rebecca
Rebecca Wilson is an ICF certified coach, conscious leadership specialist, mindfulness teacher, and experienced senior leader.
Rebecca spent much of her life identifying as a high achiever (who desperately wanted to save the world). At some point along the path of striving for more outward impact, she realized she’d lost connection with herself. Her path of self-discovery led her to experience the profound effects of mindfulness.
Along this journey, Rebecca continued to thrive professionally, moving into senior leadership positions in the management consulting and not-for-profit sectors. All the while, she was diving deep into wisdom traditions and personal development, eventually training as a certified coach, meditation and yoga teacher. As she observed changes within herself and her clients, she began witnessing the transformative impact of inner work on leadership effectiveness.
Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She’s married 10 years of experience hosting leadership off-sites with her expertise as a Mindfulness Teacher and Executive Coach to create this truly transformative offering.
