Equine-Assisted Leadership Immersion
FRIDAY 8TH MAY 2026
A leadership development day at White Forest Farm in the Upper Ottawa Valley. Explore the interplay of creativity and boundaries in partnership with horses and a curated group of purpose-led Executives and Change-Makers.
Connect in nature. Reveal your patterns. Unlock new growth.
In this unique leadership development experience, you’ll partner with horses as powerful guides, offering real-time feedback on your behavioural patterns. Through expertly-facilitated, ground-based development exercises, you’ll gain insight into your default tendencies and growth opportunities relating to boundaries and creative leadership.
Reflect on your learnings within a curated community of purpose-led executives and change-makers, and explore the application of new insights to your daily leadership.
Reveal your growing edges
Each activity is thoughtfully designed to reveal your patterns and growing edges as they relate to boundaries and creative expression. You’ll notice what emerges as you step beyond your comfort zone and engage with the horses (with lots of support and guidance). The experience will unlock new perspectives and embodied insights on your leadership.
To support the translation of insight into action, we’ll have a private integration call in the week following the retreat where you’ll establish clear next steps to guide you forward.
You’ll also have the option to pursue continued support through Arborvida’s signature coaching programs.
Beyond a retreat
The experience begins in the weeks leading up to the event. You’ll receive access to pre-retreat audio guidance and light reflective prompts to initiate your journey.
On retreat day, you’ll take in the spring scenery as you travel the country roads to White Forest Farm, located in the beautiful Whitewater Region of the Upper Ottawa Valley.
Savour some tea or coffee as you settle in and connect with your fellow participants. As the day rolls along, you’ll be guided through a spacious, curated series of activities including personal reflective time, equine-assisted learning exercises, mindfulness practices, campfire chats and peer-to-peer sharing.
An integrative journey
It’s too common for the insights and clarity gained during retreats to become lost or forgotten once you step back into the day-to-day. We’ve designed an integrative journey including:
✔ Pre-retreat initiations and reflective prompts
✔ Full day in-person retreat with an intimate peer group
✔ A private, post-retreat integration call to anchor your insights into clear next steps
✔ Preferred rates for Arborvida signature coaching programs to support your continued growth
