Mindful Offerings
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing. The practice of mindfulness is an ancient technique that can be traced back to various traditions including Hinduism and Buddhism. In our busy, modern times, there are many secular applications of mindfulness which can be practiced by anyone, in any setting, to great benefit.
Arborvida offers experiential yoga and mindfulness programs which can be designed as stand-alone or recurring programs. They may also be embedded within corporate retreats or events, providing mindful strategies for fulfilment in work and life.
Examples of Offerings
• Multi-week mindfulness meditation or yoga series.
