4 week journey of reflection, support + compassionate accountability

Online Group Coaching Series | Thursdays 1-2pm EST beginning January 9th 2024

 

You habits shape your life and leadership. Understanding your habitual tendencies, as well as how to work with them, is essential to leadership development and personal growth.

As you look to 2025, there may be a particular habit or behaviour you’re hoping to cultivate:

  • A new morning routine

  • Deeper presence with your loved ones

  • More authenticity and candour at work

  • Stronger boundaries around work hours or screen time

This 4-week journey will powerfully support you in understanding and embracing your desired routines so you can settle into 2025 feeling grounded and empowered. Using mindfulness as a catalyst for transformation, you’ll:

  • Clarify why it matters to cultivate a specific habit or behaviour, and how it fits into your broader vision for your life and leadership

  • Identify the areas of resistance that may be preventing you from fully integrating your desired behaviour(s)

  • Establish a personalized action plan for when, where and how you’ll integrate the desired behaviour(s), using science-backed strategies

  • Deepen your understanding of yourself, including your fears and desires, as you reflect along the way

  • Benefit from the structure and accountability that come with being part of a community of like-minded peers

A supportive journey

Upon registration, you’ll receive a printable workbook as well as an invitation to our weekly live (and recorded) classes, spread over 4 weeks. You’ll also be invited to join a private online group where you’ll connect with fellow participants to share updates on the behaviour(s) you’re cultivating, along with reflections and questions that arise along the way.

Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Wilson is an ICF certified coach, devoted mindfulness and yoga teacher, and experienced senior leader.

Rebecca spent much of her life identifying as a high achiever (who desperately wanted to save the world). At some point along the path of striving for more outward impact, she realized she’d lost connection with herself. Her path of self-discovery led her to experience the profound effects of mindfulness.

Along this journey, Rebecca continued to thrive professionally, moving into senior leadership positions in the management consulting and not-for-profit sectors. All the while, she was diving deep into wisdom traditions and personal development, eventually training as a certified coach, meditation and yoga teacher. As she observed changes within herself and her clients, she began witnessing the transformative impact of inner work on leadership effectiveness.

Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She’s married 10 years of experience hosting leadership off-sites with her expertise as a Mindfulness Teacher and Executive Coach to create this truly transformative offering.
