Designed to catalyze growth, this program kicks off with a structured 8-week coaching journey, offering individualized support as you establish foundational daily practices and your development plan. You’ll then enter your carefully matched peer group where you’ll explore monthly themes and share updates.

Professional Development Funding
This program promotes the development of competencies that fall within most commonly used leadership competency frameworks, using mindfulness and reflective practices as a tool to catalyze the developmental journey. The Conscious Leaders Collective supports the development of key leadership competencies through a year-long structured pathway. Coaching, peer support and reflective assignments are offered as catalysts to growth throughout the program.
Upon entry, participants will benefit from a detailed leadership competency self-assessment using the Leadership Circle Profile. This tool assesses the following competency areas, which are positively correlated with leadership effectiveness and business performance.
Relating: the leader’s capability to relate to others in a way that brings out the best in people, groups and organizations.
Self-Awareness: the leader’s orientation to ongoing professional and personal development, as well as the degree to which inner self-awareness is expressed through high integrity leadership.
Authenticity: the leader’s capability to relate to others in an authentic, courageous and high-integrity manner.
Systems Awareness: the degree to which the leader’s awareness is focused on whole system improvement, productivity, and community welfare.
Achieving: the extent to which the leader offers visionary, authentic, and high achievement leadership.
Following a robust competency assessment, leaders will develop their personal Leadership Development Plan. While developing this plan, participants will define and draw upon their personal values and leadership vision with the support of one-on-one coaching.
Execution of the commitments made within the Leadership Development Plan will be supported through structured monthly themed curriculum, meetings with peer groups that span sectors and geographies, as well as quarterly one-on-one coaching.
This one-of-a-kind program equips leaders with deepened awareness of their areas for growth, a clear vision for their path forward, and supportive structures that will enable them to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
Meet Rebecca
Rebecca Wilson is an ICF certified coach, Leadership Circle Profile practitioner, mindfulness teacher, and experienced senior leader.
Rebecca spent much of her life identifying as a high achiever (who desperately wanted to save the world). At some point along the path of striving for more outward impact, she realized she’d lost connection with herself. Her path of self-discovery led her to experience the profound effects of mindfulness.
Along this journey, Rebecca continued to thrive professionally, moving into senior leadership positions in the management consulting and not-for-profit sectors. All the while, she was diving deep into wisdom traditions and personal development, eventually training as a certified coach, meditation and yoga teacher. As she observed changes within herself and her clients, she began witnessing the transformative impact of inner work on leadership effectiveness.
Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She’s married 10 years of experience hosting leadership off-sites with her expertise as a Mindfulness Teacher and Executive Coach to create this truly transformative offering.
